Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Thailand) — 2-5 business days, ฿50 (FREE on orders over ฿1,500)
- Express Shipping (Thailand) — 1-2 business days, ฿120

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account page.

- Products can be opened and partially used — we still accept returns

How to Request a Return

Refund Method
